Check Requests

For Club Leaders

All check requests should be filled out and returned to the Association by way of emailing the Pinellas County 4-H Agent.  The Association must have ample time to review the request therefore the Association requires check requests in advance.

How to:

1. The club leader will download and fill out the form and email or mail to the 4-H Agent as soon as possible.

2. Requests are to be in for approval by the Association by at least the month prior to the event taking place. Pinellas County 4-H Association meetings, in general, occur on the 3rd Thursday of every other month.

3. The 4-H Agent will provide the Association with the information to be reviewed. If approved the Association will grant the check request.

Example situation:
An event is coming up that requires each 4-H participant an entry fee of $50.00 by May 30. A form should be filled out and sent to the Agent before the third Thursday in April in order meet the May 30 fee deadline.
